I feel like I’ve always been texture centered, if that’s the right way to describe it? if you gave me a toy the first thing I notice about it was how it felt. Recently we were moving houses and I started noticing all the textures again, it became a sort of game to try and describe why the carpet was the right kind of scratchy but the old pop corn ceiling wasn’t.
