Like any other project, Web/Audio comes last. After creating a story and a book jacket, it was time to think about how I wanted to display my narrative unit and the projects it entailed. I thought the best way to do this was by using the same graphic elements from design and incorporating them into my website. As a Web/Audio student, having a conection throughout all our projects is very important. By using the same elemts of design I was able to show a story throughout the entire journey of my website. Along with the website, we were also asked to create an animation. This animation would derive from the screenplay we had written in English. We sketched out animatics and worked hard to create a story line that was compelling and apropriate for our particular audience. In order to create a strong animation, we decided to use Adobe AfterEffects. This enabled us to incorproate easy movement of our characters, catchy title and end scences, as well as more advanced angles on our scenes as a whole. This was one of the most challenging projects for me because I really had to push myself to not only connect all my ideas, but really dive into the challenges of Adobe AfterEffects. Please watch my animation, and enjoy!
