In this week’s photo challenge, I was tasked with taking a photo that used a central subject to convey loneliness. This is a photo of a small plant growing out of a crack in the sidewalk. I chose this plant as my subject because I felt like it looked lonely. It also contrasts the gray of the cement which helps it stand out.
