Self-Portrait
This was a self-portrait photo I took for my creative website. I couldn’t find a photo that had a nice plain backdrop, so decided to take one myself. I didn’t want to have a boring upright pose, so I have different photos with different poses.
Frame within Frame
This photo was taken on a digital camera during one of our shoot days for film. At the time I couldn’t get the photo onto my phone so I took a photo of it. I actually kind of like how it turned out and how it looks so small.
Current Events
I took this photo at West Wind right as the sun was starting to show more. It had been a very rainy and cold month in California so when it started to warm up, I was excited to go out and take photos. After the rain, the grass started to grow and got much greener so it was a very pretty scene.
Modern Convenience
A modern convenience I couldn’t live without would be my car. The drives up to West Wind and in the hills with my friends is a luxury of mine I’ve been able to enjoy for years now, and I would never give it up.
Using Props
This photo was taken on set when we were filming the big climactic scene. To make the murder scene realistic, we used flake blood and weapon props. This is a candid photo of us preparing to put the fake blood on our actress.
Creative Staged + Depth of Field
This is a photo of my dog at her favorite place ever (the beach). This photo was taken as she was looking at the waves excited to play in the water. The camera was at a low angle in attempt to get her at eye level with it. The focus is only on her as everything else is blurred.
Deadly Sins
This portrait is of an actress covered in fake blood for our film. This how I would imagine someone would look like after committing all the sins. Bloody, messy, and exhausted.
Musical
This photo is of me and a few friends hanging out while playing music. Everyone close to me loves music and it’s been something that connects me to others all the time. Sharing music and playing it for people is sometimes a love language, and it is definitely how me and my friends communicate sometimes.
