About ME

My name is Thomas Copeland, and I am a Freestyle and Mountain View High School student. I am passionate about learning to animate digitally and to express myself through art that I create. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family and cycling with my friends. I also enjoy surfing and skiing as well as being a part of my school’s wrestling team. While I do enjoy relaxing and spending time with peers, I equally cherish the challenge and opportunity that Mountain View High School brings, as well as the courses At Freestyle campus. I am interested in learning to paint so I can Paint murals on my wall and I really enjoy creating an atmosphere with art the consumes the viewer into a world where the art makes the rules.

Window into my mind

I always come at creating my art from the perspective of being a guide, introducing my viewers to the mystical world of imagination. I value my art so much as an outlet to express emotions. When I draw, or animate, or paint a piece of artwork, it will always be from the perspective of how i feel when I am creating the artwork. Passion in art is something that is invisible to the untrained eye, but to the artist of the piece it can evoke the strongest emotions imaginable. That is my mission. To communicate to all of my audience through my artwork, so they can have a window into my mind, and they might be able to catch some inspiration.
