Introduction
For the documentary project we were given the ability to research any topic that interesting or important to us locally. We had to collect research and conducted interviews and wrote a paper about our chosen the topic.
For my documentary project I choose to do it on a pistachio farm called Kalifornia Kernels in the San Joaquin Valley.
