Hi! My name is Rachel, and I am a junior in high school! Some things I really value are kindness, respect, and sincerity. I also put a lot of value in my friendships. I think it’s important for everyone to treat others with kindness, no matter who they are. Spending time with my family and friends is so valuable to me and I try to make time with them as often as I can.
This school year, I hope to learn more about myself and my artistic and creative side. One of the reasons I chose freestyle was to dig into my creativity and discover my artistic style more fully. I would also like to learn more about the technology that is used at Freestyle. I have already learned a lot about multiple adobe programs, and I would like to continue to learn how to use them in everyday life situations. Overall, I would like to be learning while still enjoying myself!
Outside of school, I enjoy reading and crocheting. Some of my favorite genres of books are sci-fi, historical fiction, and realistic fiction. I also play tennis on my school’s tennis team. I love going on drives, getting food, and watching movies with my friends! One of my favorite movies from this year was Wes Anderson’s Asteroid City. I also really enjoy driving or walking to see the sunset.
