In this image, we were asked to take a picture of Serenity. I am a massive gamer, and gaming is my biggest pastime after sports. As I was looking through my library of CDs, I finally saw it: Horizon Zero Dawn. Before that game, I absolutely hated anything that didn’t contain firearms, football, or flying spaceships. I found open world, story driven games to be boring. However, I fell in love with Zero Dawn so much, I even sold off a couple of my prized sports cards to buy a copy of its sequel, Forbidden West when it went on sale. That proved to be a great purchase, as I’ve logged over 120 hours between the 2 games. The platforming and the fighting helped me slow down during the summer and really appreciate my PS5.
