Welcome to my Website! My name is Arsh Merchant and from 2019-21 I was a freestyle academy student. At freestyle, I took Film, but also studied Digital Media and English. Each of the classes I took enhanced my creative ability while also providing me with a wealth of knowledge on the prevalent topic of technology and how to use technology to express myself. This website is a reflection of what I have learned and the knowledge that I want to share with the world, so that everyone has access to the same opportunity that I do, only through my eyes.
When I wasn’t at Freestyle working on my projects you would have most likely found me on the tennis court working on my game. I have been playing tennis since I was five and may play in college as well. I am also very dedicated to philanthropic efforts as I am involved with two major organizations, Pratham USA and the Aga Khan Foundation. As of late, I have also been trying to get my startup off the ground stage and hope to get my company “out there” soon. Aside from that I am very interested in business and am constantly checking yahoo finance. Thanks to Freestyle I have found a new passion in film making and editing and I hope to someday make a youtube channel so that I can showcase my filmmaking journey more.
