This week’s photo blog prompt was “the elements.” I decided to show this prompt in my photo by showing how rain appears on car windows when I am traveling. This photo was taken on a long road-trip that I spent the majority of staring out the window and listening to music. I know that the elements can be very harsh in certain situations, but rain has always been comforting to me. When I was younger, I used to spend hours wandering around my local parks on rainy days. Even now, I enjoy spending the occasional rainy day walking around and taking pictures. I like the way that the silver light and sound of the rain slows the pace of life down and helps me think clearly.
