Leading Lines
This week, we were challenged to use the technique of Leading Lines in food photography. My sister was making rose tea using rose petals from our garden. These are the rose petals drying on a tray.
Stranger
This week, we were challenged to tell a story of a stranger in a photo. I think San Francisco is a very unique city and has a lot of different kinds of people with extremely different stories. This photo captures a stranger in the city heading into a bookstore.

#NoFilter
This week, we were challenged to take a photo without editing it. This is my favorite beverage, Yerba Mate. I thought the highlights and coloring of this photo looked really interesting in this lighting.
Negative Space
This week, we were challenged to take a photo that is primarily composed of negative space. This is a picture of my three piggy banks against a wood floor.
Shadow
The theme for this week was shadows. I took a picture of a little frog statue my family has had for a long time that used to creep me out. I tried to get a shadow using the lighting in my room with lamps when it was dark outside and I used some green LED…

What first came to mind was shadows and the nighttime, I thought it would be interesting to have a photo of someone without showing their face doing something that seems potentially dangerous in the nighttime. This is my…
