Who am I?

This semester in freestyle, we focused on creating with a purpose of finding ourselves. This theme is very important to set students up to go into college knowing who they really are beneath the surface. In Design, we focused on designing a brand with logos, a video, label designs, and some brand mockups. In Digital Media we tried to blend our personal lives with art through the mandala and multiple photoshop composition projects. Finally, In English, we focused on writing a personal essay displaying who we are, and what we believe in, to the colleges we are applying to. The first task during this writing progress was to list out a list of objects that have meaning to us.

In Digital Media we utilized Adobe Photoshop to create many paintings and compositions, with some of them imitating physical art. One of the lessons that I valued from this section was learning how to blend certain images to create surrealistic art.
