What exactly is an Animatic?

aaaaaBefore you jump right into making your animation you want to make an animatic first. It is a a basically a storyboard. But you also add in your sound effects, dialogue, and motion to see what will work and what you need to add for your final animation. It is quite helpful in the whole animating process.
