Hi! My name is Gloria Vazquez Mendoza and I attended Mountain View High School from 2021-2025 and Freestyle Academy from 2024-2025. At Freestyle, I took Design as my elective.

I am a dedicated Latina who takes pride in her cultural heritage and brings strong sense of family and community to everything I do. I love to try new things, whether it’s exploring new hobbies or experimenting with art, even if it turns out unexpected.

Something I like to do outside of school is hanging out with my cousins. We usually have picnics or if it warm outside we go to the pool or beach. Another activity I enjoy doing is photography. I try to go outside and take pictures of random things and explore different places I’ve never been to.

As a first-year Freestyle student, I’ve grown a lot in just one year. This has been an amazing experience, I’ve learned many creative techniques and how to use Adobe apps. I’ve grown as both an artist and a person. I’m really glad I joined Freestyle. I’m thankful for the people I met and for the chance to stay busy and work on fun projects during my senior year
