The goal of this image was to capture one of the elements: Earth. I captured a towering rock to show give the feeling of power, the connotation that rock and Earth typically carries. I also liked where the sun is positioned in this image. The sun is at the tip of the rock and you can see some of the sun rays which makes for a nice composition.
