Home Town

For this weeks photo blog challenge, we were challenged to take a photo which showed our home town. For this, I chose to take a photo of some picked white clover. This flower most consider a weed, but when I was younger growing up on the farm my mom taught me how to make “daisy chains” using these flowers. Even though there were many flowers on the farm, from the many crops we had growing, we always used white clover to make flower crowns. In Chico there were many places that had these flowers, especially neighboring houses minus the goat and sheep farm across the street which was clean cut and perfectly trimmed. Our farm was messy yet neat. Also I was pretty sure a ghost lived in my room, but we were friends so it was fun.
