At first, I had no idea what golden hour truly meant and when it was. I had to first learn what time was necessary to capture the sunlight in it’s captivating cycle. Generally, golden hour is perceived to be one hour after sunrise or one hour before sunset. During sunrise, I take the car to get to school in the morning and attempted to take the suns beaming reflection in my car mirror. As I was driving the opposite direction of the sun, I successfully gotten the flare that is essential to golden hour photography.
