From my perspective, it looked as though the tree’s shade was a path that guided me into the water. It’s interesting to realize that water is a necessity for trees (forever) and as they start to grow from just a seed in the soil, they grow exceedingly tall and even shade the water sometimes. It seems like this tree is about to outgrow what it always needed (and will forever need in it’s life) and reminds me that I’m on a path of outgrowing my old necessities as well.
