4 different kinds of Speedlight shots were taken to showcase the variety of ways to showcase an object using flash. I valued learning how to use a flash on top of a camera and the contrasting results it would showcase. Personally, I prefer the “Straight onto Object” method if it is a small object and “Reflecting off of ceiling” if it is a person or a bigger object that would cast a shadow. The other two methods are used only if the lighting needs to be softened or reflected into another space.
