Shadows, what stories does a shadow tell? A lot apparently, or not depending on what you’re looking at. In this photos, the shadows of the light coming down onto the desk shows the workspace of someone, someone being me. I know it only shows 9PM on the clock but that clock is about 4 hours behind, so in reality, this photo was taken at around 1 in the morning. Usually I would stay up late to play videos games, but now with school getting harder and never easier, I stay up doing homework and other work while pushing my other hobbies to the side. One of my favorite hobbies was writing stories, but with most of my time used for school work, the only real time I could write stories are the late nights and early mornings. So these shadows show how school and other responsibilities push back the things we love to do, and I’m not saying you should push all of your responsibilities to the side, but also make sure you give some time to enjoy your hobbies
