Introduction
The Narrative 2 unit at Freestyle builds upon the storytelling techniques we learned in junior year, carrying us closer to mastery of the narrative medium. In English we strengthen our understanding of narrative structure and writing. In Digital Media we explore different forms of expression through creating digital art. In Film we take it to the next level, partnering up with another student to create a movie, start to finish. In the narrative unit I have grown to love and hate story telling. I find myself watching movies or tv shows and thinking, “this should have happened”, or, “that’s all wrong”, or, “I could make that.”
