Mannnn I’m proud of this one. It’s just a rough animatic, but still. It features a couple of my characters, Grey and Jordan!
This will remain forever unfinished, I think. I only wanted to do the first part, and gave up on everything else when I got bored. Again, everything was done in Procreate. It’s my first time animating a background (or even just an element of it), and I think it turned out pretty good!
I spent the weekend animating this piece, cuz I felt like drawing some eyes. But someone told me this character looks like some guy from the video game Genshin Impact, and I swear on my old Catholic grandmother that I had no idea and that I’ve never played that before.
Anyway, the animation wasn’t long enough to leave it on its own, so I just broke it down into some steps (not including planning and sketching). It’s more detailed than I normally do, since I do everything frame-by-frame in Procreate, even the blending of frames and special effects (because I have no idea how to use After Effects).
But meh, I don’t like it very much. I think instead of focusing on all the effects, I should have paid a little more attention to anatomy and movement…
I swear on my old Catholic grandmother that I had no idea…
