[Tell a story. Make it compelling while only using shadow.]
This picture was mostly a coincidence, since I wasn’t planning on getting a shot with this cool of a silhouette! I love how you can’t see her face, it’s really dramatic. I actually really don’t like black and white pictures, since they seem too serious (taking themselves too seriously) and conceited. Normally, I like colour cuz it’s fun and we have moved past the age of B&W pictures. But the values on this one were so pushed that I thought colour would only take away from it.
