The 10 Things I've Learned In My Life
The Podcast assignment was to come up with 10 statements that included things that I have learned in my life so far. This was supposed to explain part of who I am because it shows the things that I am interested in and the important things that I have learned in my life. This assignment had 2 parts. The first part was coming up with the statements in English class then the second part was to record myself saying each of the statements and connecting them with a picture that represented the idea.

Using Garageband to make music for my website was relatively difficult for me as I am used to using a different program called FL Studio to make music. Garageband is made for the Macintosh operating system which is a lot different than FL Studio's windows operating system so it was hard for me to make music on it. Getting to know how to use Flash was a more natural process for me. I had used the program Sony Vegas to do the same sort of the thing as the podcast so I had a decent understanding of what to do and how to do it.
English Media Piece
In English, our assignment was to take an original picture that would represent the meaning of our personal statements we used for our poems. Then, we put the statement on the picture. In class, we had to present our media piece by showing it to the class and explaining why we included the specific elements in our picture from the colors of the text we used to the objects that were in the image.
