    Stranger

For the prompt stranger, I chose to capture my dog and the people in the back as the main focus. My dog when he hears people talking loudly as they walk he barks at them. So while the people just walking down the street are just talking and hanging out my dog is just barking at them. Something that was challenging was to try and capture him looking at them which in the end I wasn’t able to capture because the first photo I took my dog was right in front of them, making it so I wasn’t able to see them in the picture.

    Aging

For aging I chose to photograph some of the things I made when I was younger and some pictures of me when I was little. This was to show how the how much I’ve grown showing how I’ve aged. But looking back at these pictures and things that I made I realize how much I’ve grown as a person and this new chapter that is approaching seems less scary.

You can’t necessarily see the typical sunset with the sky turning colors but I felt that with how the light filtered between streets and light being casted onto…

    Faceless Self Portrait

f/1.8, ISO 200, 1/20, 50 mm We were tasked to take a photo that tells people who we are without actually showing our face. I took a photo of a book, headphones, and music albums from my favorite group. I really enjoy reading and listening to music so I wanted that to be the center. I made the camera focus on the book and headphones to really emphasize them. I wanted to include the albums but didn’t want it to be the main focus so I put it in the background with it slightly out of focus.
