In order to creatively implement colors within my photo to achieve a vintage feel, I captured a zoomed-in view of a bowl of bright red tomatoes. I then used Adobe Photoshop to not only adjust the hues so as to increase cohesiveness regarding the color scheme across the photo but also implement adjustment layers and color filters to increase sepia tones and give the photograph a more retro aura. I wanted my photo to achieve the feel of one captured in the 1970s through color alone, and was able to do this using the selection tool, clipping masks and filters on my original photograph.
