To represent musical prompt, I used a warm incandescent glow to highlight one of the most versatile and powerful music source of all, the piano. Not only have I always come to the piano when I feel the desire to learn new songs from my favorite musicals and movies, but nearly every soundtrack and broadway show would not be nearly as moving without this instrument. In order to capture the inspiring widespread impact of a musical concert or broadway performance, the photo was taken at eye level with the keys, as if the viewer is watching a show-stopping performance with the world’s best view. The natural reflection of the keys, as produced by the black glossy surface, is just one magical aspect of this captured moment. Being a musician myself, my appreciation and love for the piano is indescribable, and I was thrilled to incorporate it into this prompt.
