These candles represent physical warmth as well as the warmth brought on when my family and I used to go caroling during the winter season and carry candles along with us. The joy and comfort that was brought on by having each others’ company as well as the bright lights evoked a sense of warmness and security. We also light candles in a lot of other family traditions such as family dinners, and holidays. Candles remind me of our caroling and fun times, and they can also be used to keep warm at the end of the year.
