This big tree next to a vast ocean demonstrates “leading lines” through the tree’s trunk is a vertical guide, the ocean far in the back is a horizontal guide, and the tree branches create diagonal and curved lines. I also noticed the vertical electrical pole with a horizontal wire at the top creating a sort of frame around the tree and the person sitting below it. Together, these elements puts an emphasis on this beautiful tree with the person sitting below it. It adds depth and storytelling to the photograph.
