Narrative Visual Perpective in Digital Media

Funny Images

In Digital Media, we started off my learning how to photoshop images to make it look like they are all in the same environment. We then used these skills to make some funny images.

Motion Graphics

The next thing we learned was how to use motion graphics in After Effects. We learned about text effects in Adobe Bridge and how to make effects attuned to volume by making volume keyframes.

Multi-Layered Art Project

The multi-layered Art Project is probably the biggest art project we did in Digital Media. It involved taking an aspect from our world-building project in English and incorporating it into an art piece that uses layers to create a scene.

We started off by drawing a sketch of what we wanted our thing to look like in a 1:1 scale.

We then made the layers in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool and merging shapes using the Pathfinder tool.

We then imported the layers into After Effects and made a video showing the layers in a virtual 3D space.
