A group of yoga moms get transported into perilous situations and have to survive the trials through instructional audio.
This is the logline I started with at the start of our Senior Narrative film unit. This project began in October and lasted all the way till mid May. In that time so much was done in order to be able to produce our film. We had to pitch our story, write a screenplay, revise the screenplay, green light the screen play, make shot lists, schedule, cast, breakdown the script, and that was just the pre-production phase. As you can imagine it was a lot of work but I was lucky to work with my best buddy Brad who I have been friends with since kindergarten. We had to overcome a lot of obstacles and lack of motivation at times (Senioritis), but in the end, after pulling 3 all-nighters in a row, we created something that we can be proud of. Instead of having you read a bunch a long the way, I will just show you some of the most important work we did in order from start to finish.
The process of this film reinforced everything that I had learned last year during our junior Narrative film. Film making takes a lot of thought, time, effort, coordination, and grit to ultimately produce a final film. Brad and I worked through many challenges throughout the process including scheduling issues, last minute editing, and exporting the finished film in time for Exhibition. Overall, I am just so proud of the work we put in and so grateful that we have something that we can show to others.
