Rule of Odds

[1/85 f/9 ISO 100]

Taking a walk, I struggled to find things that could represent the rule of odds. The goal of the rule of odds is to use a different composition, creating odd groups to allow the viewer’s eye to move freely around the image. I stumbled across four trash cans and decided to move one can away from the others. By doing this, I created a group of three trash cans and a singular one, forming a rule of odds composition. After I was done moving the photo, I did move the recycling bin back. I hope the owners don’t notice that their cans were moved.
