This week’s theme was self-portrait. The challenge was we couldn’t show our faces. I was a little stumped at first, and decided to go for a hike to clear my mind. That was when I realized it would be the perfect place for a self portrait. I was always hiking or camping when I was younger, so I’ve always felt at home in the outdoors. My creativity is important to me, and I couldn’t have a self portrait without including it. Two of my favorite forms of art are writing and music, thus the notebook and ukulele. Two of my strongest passions in one of my biggest sources of inspiration.
But in another way. this is me. I’m still young, My whole life and all its possibilities lay before me. I am an instrument waiting to be played. I am a notebook with pages to be filled.
