When thinking about my habits, the one I do most is sleeping. Although it may be rare and uncommon for one to sleep, I believe that getting a healthy amount of sleep is vital to having a healthy mental health. If I were to improve, I’d try to find a way to make it seem like the room is more dark and not use the flash because it looks like the lights are on in the photo.
