Introduction
For the Humor Project, we were asked to be creative and humorous! Before actually starting the project, we learned and studied from some humorists. In English, we read the book, Slaughter House Five, to learn some humor techniques Kurt Vonnegut used in the book. We also chose 2 humorists we are interested in to study on.
For my humor project, it is very much inspired by YouTubers, “This Group of People” and “Domics”. My use of situational humor was inspired by This Group of People’s work, since they did a compilation of situations, and I thought it would go well with my subject. My use of exaggerism and farce was inspired by Domics’ work. I tried to exaggerate the animation as much as possible and talk about each situation with some humorous narrative scenes in between.

The Humor Project was one of the most fun projects to me because I personally just love watching humorous videos. I was scared of not being able to funny, so I was glad I got the chance to learn from some humorists. And I got some laughter from some friends as well 🙂
