Rule of Thirds – Motion

In this photo, I was trying to capture the movement of the pinwheel as it was spinning in the wind. The pinwheel is in the right third of the photo so it follows the rule of thirds.

I used the speedlite because it was a cloudy day and the photo was too dark otherwise. I also used a tripod to make sure the camera wouldn’t shake, especially since I used a longer shutter speed.
