Future

Self-portrait

In this photo, we were challenged to take a self portrait of how we think others see us. I think other people see me as someone who is always laughing and joking around, and this photo at prom with a silly prop and mock serious expression exemplifies that.

Food

In this photo, we were challenged to be inspired by food. I took this picture of a bowl of galangal soup from one of my favorite restaurants. The balance of sour and spicy flavors was really good and I recommend it if you haven’t tried it yet!

Deadly sins

In this photo, we were challenged to tell story about one of the seven deadly sins: pride, envy, gluttony, lust, anger, greed and sloth. I took this photo of two roses which I think represents the deadly sin of pride because roses can represent vanity and excessive love for oneself.

Musical

In this photo, we were challenged to be inspired by music. The sunset, autumn leaves, and empty road create a sense of peace, similar to how listening to music can be relaxing. I often listen to classical music at night to help me calm down and fall asleep.
