Funny Images & Surreal Composition Project:
This unit was about getting better at Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. It helped me learn a bunch about using these programs for digital art and editing photos. Now I’m excited to try out more projects like these in the future.
This funny image is my mothers face on an oats bag. I thought this was funny because my mom always tries to get me to put those oats on anything I eat for protein. I had to layer my moms face with the oats bag to get depth and and lower the opacity and blended it in to make it more realistic.
This funny image is my dads face on a picture of me on Halloween 2022. This is just funny because it just looks funny as you can tell. For this picture I did the exact same thing I did with my moms face on the oats bag except the face was in full opacity to cover up my face.
Surreal Composition
For this assignment i wanted to create a fake utopia. As you can see the world is almost two-faced, with bright colored nature contrasting with dark buildings and an evil being at the top. For this I blended all the images together and lowered their opacity so you can see the full picture. I had to add many different shadows and outlines for the image to look somewhat realistic.
