Warmth
We were challenged to photograph a story that makes you feel warm inside. Flowers similar to these lined the streets of my grandma’s house in Mexico City. After the summertime, they would fall off the trees and cover the streets entirely, making it look as if there was a bright pink road lasting for miles and miles. Me and my cousins would play in these streets, running around with no worries or preoccupations, not knowing what was ahead or behind of us, experiencing the simple joys of life. Stories like these fill me with warmth and nostalgia, and transport me back to simpler times.
