This photo was taken of me when I deliberately went out to take pictures of myself. Now that may seem egotistical, but I have refused to take pictures of myself for as long as I can remember. On this day, which was my 18th birthday, I decided to take a pictures of myself and feel happy with how they turned out. By centering my photo using the rule of thirds, I was able to show a childlike, hopefully, and happy emotion in my photo.
