Growing up in sunny CA, rain makes an annual rare appearance. Last year, when visiting NYC I captured this blissful window scene outside of the World Trade Center Oculus. I love the way the buildings look behind, and the delicate drama the rain adds to the photo. I hope to spend more days, rain or shine, in the lovely bustling city.
