This is a picture of a port I visited, and in the center there is a ship anchor rope that attaches to the port. I think that this picture demonstrates center framing well, because it isolates the ropes from the rest of the scape, but also creates depth to the picture.

For this week, we were assigned to take a picture using center framing. This picture has a ship anchor rope in the center to drive the audience’s eye to the center, but I also liked the geometric shapes that overlap in this picture, because it creates depth of the ocean.
