Age

For those who haven’t known the godliness of this restaurant. This was La Morenita, located across the street from Whole Foods in Palo Alto. Before my existence in the world, my mom came here with my dad to celebrate accomplishments in their lives together, or just to have some immaculate chilaquiles. Before my dads existence in my moms life, she would go with her friends and study while snacking on some appetizers. There were decades of memories at this restaurant, and it was filled with kind people and warm smells.

One day in 2017, my mom came here with me like any time before. And we find out from the owners this is their final night, and the next day after the lunch rush, La Morenita would be closing for good. So we enjoyed our last night in this place filled with memories, and then I (took a very low quality) of their sign before we left.
