My Culture

For this weeks photo blog we were challenged to take a photo of something which showed our culture. For me, and for a lot of my family, our lives are constantly surrounded by art. My abuelita for instance has always loved art and even is a painter. And when she arrived here, she brought her love of art from Peru to California. My abuelita now has her own art gallery that she owns and keeps art in all of our lives. All of my family are artistic in some way or another, and I am very proud to continue that legacy.
