While this is admittedly a somewhat loose connection, a huge thing on my mind lately has been the Russian-Ukraine war. While it has somewhat died down, especially in the news, that is still a huge point of contention that we ultimately don’t really know the result of. The lack of news now that it’s “old” has me even more worried that there will be less activism or concern around it allowing for more tragedies to go down. This photo, though far, felt the closest to me we could get to that, imagining the trail as the trail of a rocket, coming down in a regular suburban neighborhood.
