Self-Portrait was the prompt for this week, and it was tough. Unlike junior year, I feel like I’m in kinda a messy state right now. Not only is there a boatload of work I have to do with a lot of it being really big and difficult work, but everything is also coming to a close. Senior year is starting to dawn on me as the end in a lot of ways, and so my brain, and who I am right now, feels a bit all over the place. I thought this photo represented that really well; one side turning on a lamp to a bright new future while the other sits, unprepared in the darkness.
