Aging

Dried up flower petals next to a leaf that is thriving

Today I had decided to show aging between plants. The dead plant that is drying up and that has already gone through its life cycle is planted next to this leaf plant that is in a much healthier state. Even though the dried up plant is dead, I thought it was still pretty to look at with the dried up seed pods that I can still see even a while after when it used to be alive. The dried up plant that has undergone a longer aging process, overall the plant has retained its form and the moisture that it once had can no longer be retained. The plant that is still thriving also shows eye-pleasing traits and through both stages of each plant, they show that they are both beautiful in their own respected ways.
