Rubix cube with yarn ball
55mm 1/15 f7 ISO 6,400

The theme of today’s blog is to show reflections. I chose to use a mirror and take geometric shapes to have their shape reflected. I thought to use one cube that has sharp edges with different colors would contrast the yarn ball. The yarn ball is different to the rubix cube because it doesn’t have distinct sharp edges and has only shades of blue. Using a low shutter speed and a medium high ISO so the picture is more in focus. The Reflection would also appear more clear with a low shutter speed and low aperture. The 55mm lense is good for capturing depth of fields much better than the 50mm so that is why I chose to use that lense.
