in this assignment we were asked what does serenity mean to ourselves, and I had a very simple answer at first: nature, and open space.
I went on yet another late night walk(That is where I get my inspiration for writing!) and I found a totally serene and calm scene: woods and grass around an open window to the outside. however, next to this area, there was a car lot and concrete roads. My issue, here from my experience is the struggle between keeping peace, and a constant loud anxious state.
While it is difficult for me to gain full peace and calm, it will still be there, and the worry will also be there. Serenity means struggling between two different forces, similar to this example of nature and industrialism
