Photo Blog #12: Trash

For this assignment we were merely given the prompt “Trash”, so I took that very literally. Well, technically this is recycling but the details don’t matter too much. I was originally going to make a trail of trash that got smaller and I took pictures of this trail from many different angles, but when I was editing it I applied a black and white filter and really liked how ominous it looked. I decided to black out all the surrounding furniture and detail to create an unreal effect, as if it is all floating in a void.
